May 30th Update: The Rate Rules have changed to specify that a valid company ID is required:
While you may have a valid claim if you booked before this change was made, it is obvious now that this rate is not made available to the general public.
I will leave the remainder of this post intact for archival purposes, but you should not expect to get this room for only 30000 yen a night any longer.
Using this link (courtesy of Tokyo Hyatt Power Search), you can bring up a rate for a base room at the Andaz Tokyo Toranomon Hills for the base rate of 30000 yen, or just under $300 USD, during the months of July and August.
The Rate Rules do not list any restrictions (EDIT: They do now),
only that the valid dates are between July 1st and August 31st. However, there are substantial service charges and taxes tacked on at the end, bringing the total night’s stay up to 37012 yen.
Although the rate appears to be unrestricted, I did use a number in the “Corporate or Group Code” box to make the rate visible, so I cannot guarantee that you will not have issues with using this rate. If you do use this rate to book a stay at the Andaz Tokyo, you do so at your own risk.
